TECHLAB INTER
Private channel publishing tool

Privacy policy

Updated: November 2, 2026

This policy describes the Google and YouTube data practices of TechLab Inter Publisher, a private publishing tool operated by the TechLab Inter channel owner.

Information accessed

The application uses Google OAuth authorization to access the authorized YouTube channel's identity, uploads playlist, video identifiers and publication status, including scheduled publication times. It processes submitted video files, titles, descriptions and publishing instructions. OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored on the operator's server.

Purpose of use

Access is used to verify the selected channel, avoid conflicting publishing times, upload owner-approved videos, set publishing metadata and check publication status. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train generalized AI models.

Services and sharing

Approved video files and metadata are transmitted to YouTube for publication. The workflow uses Telegram to receive instructions and deliver results. Submitted source content may be processed by configured content services such as OpenAI and HeyGen to generate translations, scripts or rendered media. OAuth tokens are used by the server to authorize Google API requests and are not intentionally included in those content-generation requests. Hosting providers process data as part of operating the server.

Storage and retention

Credentials remain on the operator's server while the connection is active, until removed or replaced. Job files, publishing records and logs may remain in server storage and backups until deleted by the operator; no fixed automatic retention period is promised. Uploaded YouTube videos remain on YouTube until removed there.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections. Revoking access prevents further authorized API operations but does not automatically delete existing YouTube videos or local server records. To request deletion of stored application data, contact siavash.katebee@gmail.com.

Google API use

TechLab Inter Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
